Alexander Pearce Broadside from 1824
Historically broadsides (printed text heavy single sheets of paper) were used as a method of informing the public on current events. This, rather sensational, example details the confession of the notorious convict Alexander Pearce (misspelled in the work) prior to his execution in Hobart in 1824.
