2.10 Refreshments and alcohol

Hirers may provide light refreshments, supplying their own items such as tea, coffee and milk. Alcohol cannot be sold. Serving alcohol may be permitted if:

• approved by the site manager
• it is essential to the activity
• no children will be present, and
• the hirer holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
