School’s out and the Libraries Tasmania free autumn school holiday program is here!
From 20 April to 1 May 2026 libraries will host the autumn school holiday program offering lots of fun activities for children and teenagers. The program gives young people a chance to learn new skills, be creative and connect with their community.
“There are so many ways for young people to explore, create, and connect with others through fun activities at their local library,” said Simon Burrett, Children and Young People Services Coordinator. “Throughout the April school holidays libraries across Tasmania will be buzzing with discovery and excitement.” The program includes activities for children and young people of all ages. Families can look at the program online and book via Eventbrite – or speak with local library staff to find out more.
