We hold four sorts of records about wills:
- Records completing wills by granting probate 1825-1999 (AD960)
- Letters of Administration for intestate estates where a will did not exist 1825-1997 (AD961)
- Reseals where someone dies interstate 1950-1992 (AD962)
- Wills settled by the Public Trustee (Elections to Administer) for small estates 1913-1962 (AD963)
Not all wills legally need probate so there is no guarantee we have the will you want.
