Anglicare’s Taz Kids program is coming to Libraries Tasmania to facilitate a community education session on mental health and big emotions.

The session will encourage children and parents to learn about their emotions and feelings through discussion, stories and interactive games.

Parents are encouraged to stay and participate in this session with their children to develop resilience, coping strategies and ways to relax. When boking this session, please book one place per child (no need to book a second pace for parent/carer).

Suitable for ages 8 – 12.

Parents/carers, please stay with your children for this session. Toys and activities are available if you are supervising younger children. Parents and carers are responsible for the behaviour of attendees at all times.
