3.13 Grievance and dispute resolution
In the first instance, if a volunteer has a grievance about their volunteering or others, they should discuss it informally, as soon as possible, with their volunteer coordinator or supervisor. Grievances are taken seriously, and staff will attempt to resolve concerns informally.
If a volunteer feels that their concern has not been resolved through informal discussions, they should put the complaint in writing to the appropriate person. Complaints or grievances will be dealt with efficiently, equitably and fairly.
