2.7 Event promotion
Events held in a library meeting room must not imply endorsement by Libraries Tasmania, and all promotional materials must include the hirer’s contact details.
The Libraries Tasmania logo or branding must not be used in event promotions unless agreed by the site manager, e.g. activities undertaken through a partnership arrangement.
Failure to comply may result in the room hire being cancelled.
