How to cite state archives with additional conditions

When citing archival records with additional conditions, you need to add an acknowledgement:
- Example – Tasmanian Archives: Jack Thwaites Collection; NS3251/1/23
When creating a reference list, bibliography or footnotes for items with additional conditions you need to add an acknowledgement:
- Example – Tasmanian Archives: Jack Thwaites Collection; Photograph Central Highlands Cradle Valley Winter Ranger NS3251/1/23, 1955
