Libraries Tasmania has launched the new Libraries Tasmania Lending App.
The app demonstrates Libraries Tasmania’s commitment to delivering contemporary library services and opportunities for lifelong learning.
This free app will make it easier for the Tasmanian public to access library resources and services.
Libraries Tasmania members can now search the library for books, movies, music, and games more easily from their iOS or Android device.
Using the app, you can:
- access your digital library card
- search the lending collections
- place a hold on a library book
- view your holds and renew them
- scan and search for ISBNs
- link your family’s cards
- locate your nearest library and more.
Libraries across Tasmania will be holding workshops to help people to use the app over the coming months.
