Libraries Tasmania opening hours over the holiday break
It’s almost the end of the year! There are changes to Libraries Tasmania opening hours over the holiday break from December 2024 to January 2025.
Opening hours at these locations
Hobart, Kingston, Rosny, Glenorchy, Launceston, Devonport and Burnie libraries

| Monday 30 December 2024 | Restricted hours: Normal opening time – closed by 5:00 pm |

Opening hours at all other locations
All other libraries will open normal hours until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024. Libraries will reopen on Thursday, 2 January 2025, when normal hours resume.
