Unleash your creativity through music and art at Dance with Paint. An exciting and unique workshop exploring the magic of both the visual and performing arts.

Through the power of music – paint and draw how you feel!!

Supercharge your imagination by listening to different styles of music (we welcome all music lovers from Swifties, heavy metal, rap, pop, opera, country, classic rock and more!) Let the emotion of the music express how you might paint these through colours and shapes.

Our facilitator, professional opera singer and arts facilitator Ben Segal from Recycle Create Play, will then guide all participants to create a 3D personalised artwork through different mediums and styles inspired by the moods of different musical styles.

We encourage people of all ages to come along and join in – this is a great activity for grandparents and grandkids to spend time together.

This workshop is suitable for approximate ages 5 and up. Please contact us if you’re unsure about suitability.

Bring: Yourself and a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that is ok to get a bit messy!

This event is hosted by Our Shared Space: Rosny. A partnership between Rosny Library and councils Our Shared Space program. We offer fortnightly intergenerational activities for all ages.

Snacks will be provided.
