Search HelpFrom the bestselling author of Leaving Ocean Road comes a tender, heartwarming novel of unlikely friendships and second chances.
When retired teacher Vivian Molloy is abandoned by her husband, she returns to her hometown in Tasmania, feeling lost and alone. At first hesitant, she agrees to teach a writing class at the local library, unsure if she can inspire others while her own life feels broken. But as she grows close to the group of writers, they begin to support each other through life’s ups and downs. Together they learn that when one chapter ends, new possibilities await.
Come along to this free event and hear Esther speak about her writing process and latest novel. Copies will be available for purchase from the Devonport Bookshop on the night – chat to Esther as she signs them for you.
