Take a journey to Huonville Library and discover a new hobby this Adult Learners Week!
Visit the Adult Leaners Week pop up to try your hand at Tech help, art, 500 card game and the Huonville Library Community Garden. Each group will be available for an hour to showcase their activity, answer your questions and give you a taste of what they are all about!
Come along and see what your community has to offer!

George will show you how to use the BeConnected website and our Library eResources to improve your tech skills. Learn how to find help for popular devices, websites, Government services and more on BeConnected and discover the Libraries Tasmania eLibrary!
George volunteers on a Tuesday and Friday morning to give you one-to-one tech help. Bookings can be made by talking to a friendly staff member.

The Art Group will be showing you some of their beautiful projects they are working on. Grab a paintbrush while you’re here and have a go!
Come along to this inclusive drop-in art group each Tuesday between 10:00am and 1:00pm. Bring your own projects and media and enjoy some fantastic company!

Did you know 500 is the national card game of Australia? Learn how to play 500 with the Huon 500 card group!
Bring your competitive spirit and learn a new game for a rainy day. The Huon 500 Card Group meet each Tuesday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Every Monday from 1:00pm you’ll find our gardening volunteer and expert, Kim, buzzing around the Huonville Library Community Garden.
We need your help! The garden will be getting new raised beds ready for spring, and we need your help getting them ready!
Come along and get your hands dirty, discover the community Seed Library and enjoy providing free produce for the community.
