Event Description
Roll, Move & Play! Exercise dice challenge
Ready to get moving? Join us for a fun-filled activity where the roll of the dice decides your next challenge!
Participants will create a list of exercises linked to the numbers on a dice, then take turns rolling to discover which movement they'll do and how many repetitions they'll complete. From star jumps and dance moves to stretches and balance challenges, every roll brings a new surprise.
No experience or sporting ability is required. Just bring your energy and get ready to roll, move and play!
