UCTV Alive for Kids: Tasmania Reads with Tony Flowers
Join Tasmanian award-winning illustrator/author Tony Flowers for an online webinar and learn about illustrating books and the key to a great story. This session is suitable for primary age students Year 3 – 6, but all ages are welcome to learn from Tony who has over 50 books to his name.
His latest book, “Grandma’s First Tattoo” is a fun filled story that explores cultural identity and family tales. Tony’s other books include Vognox the Viking and Samurai vs Ninja, which have been a hit with young readers. He is currently working on a graphic novel “Divi and Frey” that is part Indiana Jones, part Sherlock Holmes, and all awesome. This is a UCTV Alive for Kids webinar hosted by the Peter Underwood Centre at the University of Tasmania.
